Anne Marie Duff

Anne-Marie Duff has been an English actress, narrator, and writer for over 30 years. Duff's first television appearance came in the late 90s when she graduated from Drama Centre London. Anne-Marie Duff (born 8 October 1970) is a Britsih actor. Anne-Marie Duff is a stage and film actor from England. Her fame was forged when she played Fiona Gallagher, the lead character on UK television's Shameless for its first two seasons. The Virgin Queen (2006) was her following role. Also, she played Queen Elizabeth I and the lead character on From Darkness, a television show in the year 2015. Her filmography includes Enigma (2001), The Magdalene Sisters, notes on the Scandal (2006) French Film (2007) The Last Station Nowhere Boy Before i Go to Sleep in 2014, and Suffragette 2015. She was nominated for BAFTA awards in Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to that, she was awarded the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for the television film The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff was a multi-award-winning English actress. She was a star in her showbiz career acting on radio and television movies as well as theatres. She became a household name when she played Fiona Gallagher, in British comedy-drama Shameless. Anne Marie is now an outstanding theatre actor following more than a decade of stage work and has also worked with the Royal National Theatre.
